Dr Tamara Russell is the creator of the BMT framework – an innovative body and brain mindfulness based training methodology that brings together the three disciplines of neuroscience, mindfulness and martial arts.

BMT is NOT JUST Mindfulnessit is movement and mindfulness together with a no-nonsense approach, backed up by evidence-based scientific research to produce quality secular Mindfulness training.

Unlike other programs, BMT draws directly on Tamara’s expert knowledge of neuroscience martial arts and psychology, to provide a unique combination that enables participants to quickly develop a deep and powerful understanding of the synergy between body and mind. BMT courses are run on a regular basis in the UK, Brazil and Poland.
